What you get

Built for the full contingent workforce lifecycle

A proprietary, cloud-based platform built and supported entirely by SourceNow employees. No user, supplier, or transaction limits.

1

Saaji AI agentic intelligence

Post job orders, query headcount, or find spend reduction opportunities through voice or text prompts, with no report building required.

2

Rate governance with hard caps

Rate cards by role, location, and labor category with version control. Over-rate submissions are blocked at the system level; exceptions require explicit approval and are logged.

3

Inverted invoicing

The system generates invoices from approved timesheets instead of accepting agency-submitted bills, which eliminates rate creep and invoice disputes.

4

Compliance that blocks risk

Requirements configured per role with expiration monitoring and automated alerts. Workers are hard-blocked from starting or continuing assignments until requirements are met.

5

Flexible timekeeping

Integrate your existing HRIS time clock (primarily UKG), use mobile geolocation punch-in, or add biometric options. Agencies get automated daily punch correction reports.

6

Real-time analytics

Live dashboards for workforce spend, vendor performance, and compliance, with raw CSV export for ERP and BI ingestion.

7

Configurable approvals and allocation

Sequential or parallel approval chains routed by department, cost center, or location, every action time-stamped. Split requisitions across suppliers by percentage.

8

Specialized healthcare VMS

Locum tenens scheduling, credential verification, and clinical workforce management for healthcare organizations.

Good to know

The questions every buyer asks

How much does SourceNow cost?+

Nothing to you. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. In most programs, clients see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year, even after the agency fee is factored in.

If the agencies pay for it, will they raise my rates?+

The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates, not on top of them. This is a standard model in contingent workforce management. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so the net effect is lower total spend. Agencies that push back are usually the ones that do not want visibility into what they are charging you.

How long does implementation take?+

Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. Companies with active participation and limited initial integrations can go live in 4 to 8 weeks, and we have done it in four weeks for straightforward programs.

Is there a long-term contract or minimum spend?+

No long-term contract is required, and there are no minimums. We work with companies running 50 concurrent workers and $10M in annual contingent spend up through $1B programs. Most clients stay because the program delivers value, not because they are locked in.

Are integrations included or do they cost extra?+

All integrations are included at no additional cost, covering design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance. That includes Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau. The only exception would be highly customized middleware outside standard API development.
